many breakins, drug problems, bad maintance, bad resitent manager, low grade building matterials, always filthy pool, terrible parking, terrible real estate company to deal with, terrible lease polices, very bad trash pick-up

learn to spell: "lease polices" = "lease policies", "breakins" = "break-ins", "bad maintance" = "bad maintenance", "resitent manager" = "resident manager", "building matterials" = "building materials", and the list goes on...moron
