When I decided to move into these apartments all I had heard were bad things about them. But my apartment was nice upon arrival, about half way through my lease they replaced all of our appliances (the entire complex) and put ceramic tile in in place of the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. We've had a couple of problems- toilet messed up, hot water heater not hot enough- and maitenence was here the day we called them to fix it. It can be noisy at times, but its a college apartment so I would expect no less. My only real complaint is the pool- it has potential to be very nice. Aside from that I actually really enjoyed living here and am planning to do so again.
