The apartments are really old, it seems like mine hasn't been renovated since the mid 80's. Maitenence isn't that bad, but they aren't that good either. The location's pretty quiet, but it's a bit far away from everything, especially if you're a student like me. I moved in here on short-notice thnking that alot of students would be here, but that isn't the case. As said before, the manager is kind of a ****, but you can just easily avoid her. Point is if you're a student i would definately look for an apt that's closer to campus, but if you aren't a student it's not that bad of a place to live.
