Rivermont is a beautiful, quiet place to live, but the management sucks, as a student at UA I found that they come off as highly snobby and have nothing better to do than nit pick the residents over stupid "violations" They need to realize that if they don't want the problems that go with large animals residing there they should not allow them at all, especially when the resident pays a $600.00 non-refundable pet deposit!
