Great place...more on mice and peeping tom

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived here for three years 1998-99 and 2003-2005. I moved back because it's a tremendous place to live. The management can be a little stuffy, but I never had any problems whatsoever out of them when it came to maintenence. Each and every time I called for maintenence, they were there the same day, usually within 15 minutes. I should be so lucky where I'm at now. Every call I've made at my current apartment takes at least two days to even get a response.
This is also a quite place. As long as I was there (until about 6 months ago) the management didn't put up with parties, loud stereos, and general annoying bs from their tenents.
I only saw one mouse the entire two years I lived at Rivermont and when I called maintence that morning they came over, put out all kinds of traps, and went around the apartment filling every tiny pinhole with foam. Never saw another one.
Just as with any other apartment building you're going to have some problems, but in comparison with all the other communities I've lived in over the past 10 years or so, this one hands down has the best management.
One more thing...I was there when they caught that peeping tom. You would have thought that someone had shot a state official there were helicopters and cops everywhere! It turned out to be some high-school kid from a couple of miles down the road, not anyone living in the community.
It's a safe place to be. The police patrol the community several times every night. I'd be comfortable letting my daughter live there (if I had one) and that's saying a lot.
