First of all, the apartments and facilities were wonderful. I will say that. As for the staff, they were the most inconsiderate, rude, hard-headed, and sneaky. I have to say this is directed at the woman named Molly. There were many times that I went in to talk to her about something, but she was short or did not want to deal with it at all. I would make phone calls, but would get hung up on. My mother and father(yes I was a college student) would call and also get hung up on. This is not the way someone representing a business should act. The rent continually went up for each lease renewed (over $50). The rent is not worth what you get and have to deal with. Also, I had problems with mice and insects. When I first moved in, pest control would come monthly. This did not last very long. After moving out, I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for the carpet. I understood and agreed to pay. After receiving the receipt, I was also charged for the flooring which was not reported on the walk through report. ADVICE: Do not have a pet here!!! They will screw you!!!
