Terrible Experience

This was probably the worst place I have ever lived. Dealing with the Managers was a nightmare. We made an extended stay for an extra month or two, and they wrote us a bill for future reference, but then we were given a second billing statement towards the move-out date, and they had jacked up the price quite a bit. I argued with them, and they treated me like a complete idoiot; my roommates argued with them, and, again, they treated them like complete idiots, so I had one of my parents come into argue since they obviously would not listen to a student, and the woman lied saying somebody else must have written the notice when the handwritings were both COMPLETELY IDENTICAL. Of course they had us pay the original price because I had a parent come in, but the manager made a derrogaroty comment that implied we are cheap people. The landscaping was terrible. There were snakes every so often. I once called the woman at the desk to see if I needed to notify them about snakes, and all she could tell me was that she takes messages and do I want to leave a message with the front desk (the snake was in the middle of the pathway and I didn't want anyone to get hurt). During the summer they went so long without spraying that each morning I would wake up with at least 3 to 5 new spider bite (there was definately a spider infestation). There were also tons of mosquitoes because they failed to spary most of the time. The maintinence people were great about fixing things, though. I'll give them that much credit. But the exterior is falling apart. I had some friends come visit me and they were convinced that the place was at least 25 or 30 years old when it is only under 10. The building struct was terrible, two. It was obvious that there was a mass amount of water damage from a previous leak over the door leading to the porch because it was completely crooked and distorted, and the first time it rained hard, the area started to leak again. The doors were also not sealed properly because there were holes in which insects could crawl through. I seriously do not recommend this place because they are highly overpriced and quite uneducated when it comes to dealing with people.

Well I lived there under the old management company for years. And I also was a college student and I was treated with great respect. Once Sealy bought the property, I moved out ASAP! They are aweful!! It was a wonderful experience with the OLD management, but I guess everyone entitled to their own opinion.
As for your little problem with pest...it was up to you to call the office when u wanted it to be sprayed. I do know this, the pestcontrol came out every week to service anyone who wanted it. Guess you should have called.
