I live in the 1400 Building (The new one); It's amazing! There is soo much closet space and I have never once not gotten parking spot right out front. The girls in the office are the sweetest people you'll ever meet, maintenance staff is abundant and always on call - our pool is always spotless as are the rest of the grounds. It's a lot cheaper than living on campus but for an even nicer place than you might find over there. We never hear the neighbors, and they can't hear us even when we have several people over. Living on the river is great! We had a front row seat to the Christmas boat parade this year and it was hilarious and a lot of fun! It literally only takes me 8 minutes to get campus everyday and the drive is totally worth it. I am most likely switching to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom next year, but am very excited to stay in the same complex. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
