great for the price

These are great apartments for the combination of price, size, and location. They are about a 10 minute drive to campus and about 5 minutes to downtown, and there isn't much traffic in the area. The area is very pretty with many trees and hills. Maintenance could use some improvement and doesn't always respond on time or do their work effectively.
