I am not a resident at September Place, but I am a resident at another apartment that Sherrill Realty owns and manages. (I can't find that apartment on here) I rented this apartment only because of its location, but ITS NOT WORTH IT. I haven't moved in 3 years only because I hate moving so much and again, because the location is good. That is he only thing that is good though. Sherrill Realty has been nothing but inconsiderate, unprofessional, dishonest, and terribly rude to me from the day I moved in. The only reason I haven't yelled to them to their face is that I don't want them taking advantage of me even more than they already have. I have never been late on rent for 4 years and I have never torn up anything or been loud. They have no reason to mistreat me, but they have over and over again. My air has broken far too many times and their maintenance men wait days before they fix it. I pay far too much for them to repeatedly mistreat me, not make repairs, and lie about coming to check things out. Again, DO NOT RENT FROM SHERRILL REALTY. I suggest HA Edwards. My fiance rented from them for 4 years and they were nothing but fair and respectful. YOU WILL regret it if you decide to rent from Sherrill Realty.

I just cannot believe you are having these problems. Sherrill Realty has been exceptional in their attitude toward any problem I've had. They even keep lighting in public areas replaced. I've not had any problem with A/C or heating so that has not been an issue for me. I don't know how long you had to wait to have your A/C repaired but I grew up when there wasn't A/C so it wouldn't be a big problem for me if I had to wait a few days. There may be a few people ahead of me to have their A/C fixed first. Try asking for an adjustment to your rent and you may get it for your inconvenience. Just a thought.

I agree, Sherrill realty is horrible. Their maintainance men are nice, but they are so overworked that they can never fix everything, and half the time the people at Sherrill won't even tell them about it. They are lazy and do not care about you, they only want your money.
