On occasion I heard gun shots, some as close as five feet from bedroom window. You should live anywhere else, especially if you have kids. Management just wants your money but doesn't provide anything in return. They constantly turn off the water to fix the same pipe now for a year. They don't know the pet fee, I was told by two employees two different numbers, the employees seem to stay about three months, same with managment. I would have moved long ago, but being a college student I don't have the money to break my lease and get a u-haul.
