If you here people saying that it is quiet, and that there isn't any college kids, then they are eather a staff member or a college kid their self. Because thats all thats here, and theres nothing but loud music, and hardly any parking spots because of eather 5 college kids living in the same apartment, or 20 attending a party. Calling the "Courtesy" officer at around midnight because of the noise doesnt help. I chose here because I believed all the "This Place is Quiet Reviews" and I needed some place quiet in the big city because some of us have to goto work at 3 or 4 am. Don't get suckered like I did.
