I lived at Stone Creek for over a year and loved it! Moved because I graduated UA and moved out of state. As a college student, I must defend and say I only ever saw one party which was out of the ordinary and promptly broken up. There are many college students that live here, but the do so to avoid noise and live somewhere nice as well.
Always ample parking in my area. I have heard that the newer apartments have thinner walls, but the main area I lived in was great, no noise!
Friendly staff, always on top of maintenance issues, and great pool. However, lots of kids at the pool, so if that bothers you, don't bother. Also, wouldn't recommend an apartment facing the pool (noise...).
