What would you do if you found somebody (resident or his/her visitor) hit your parked car in Stone Creek and ran' What would you do that happens to you, and Stone Creek Manager didn't do anything about it' All she said was "the accident has nothing to do with us."

Two points here:

1. This place used to be relatively quiet, but lately a lot of young, rich college kids have moved into this apartment complex, had parties, and became loud. Given the location of the dent in my car, somebody was likely to drunken drive (pulled his car) & hit/ran. How ugly is that. Ppl would say ' you are just outta luck' and/or 'accident happens.' SO, I'm telling you this place is not quiet anymore. This place is not safe any more in that regard. Everyday, I have a great deal of fear and anxiety with respect to finding a perfect spot to park so that i don't have to pay extra thousand dollars to have my car fixed.

2. I made an official request to the manager (I wrote an official letter to the manage)that she needs to distribute warning letters to the residents (at least my building) to ask for more careful driving/PARKING. Guess what' She promised to me that she would do, but didn't do anything. At one point, I was naive enough to trust her. My bad!! Either she doesn't care what happens to residents OR she tries to hide a bad, unpleasant accident taking place in the complex. Either way, I don't think it's ethical.

Please, reconsider to move in this place. As soon as you sign the lease, they forget your name and don't much care about what happens to YOU.
