I have lived in Stone Creek since January, and I must disagree with the negative comments. Before this, I lived in Crimson Towers (at the University), so if you want to talk about overpriced, let's go there! I haven't really had any problems with Stone Creek. The staff has been friendly and professional from the beginning, and now I am thinking about moving to a one bedroom. When I spoke to the current manager about this, she was very willing to help me out price wise and make it a smooth transition. Our appliances work fine, and as far as maintenance, they inform you when they are coming, and I have never had muddy carpets. I do have a problem with Courtesy Patrol being a different person every week. Also, there is one car that comes around at about 4 a.m. with very loud music. But, that is not Stone Creek's fault. Overall, I would say Stone Creek is a good place to live. Oh, and I always have my parking space.

stone creek has the worst managers i have ever come across. as a former apartment manager myself their people skills and drive for customer satisfation is reaaly bad. joan does not need to be anywhere near that office or have any control over anything. she ran off two good friends of mine who were in need of an apartment and she told them she didnt have time to talk to them and if the were serious about renting then come back later but if not she didnt need any spectators. joan is the worst your better off living in a cardboard box!!!!!
