I have lived here for almost 4 years now and I cant get out fast enough. The new management is rude and ignorant. Seeing as how in the past 6 months there has been around 4 property managers, no one ever knows what the hell is going on.

They painted the buildings, but all it did was disguise the problems. The buildings are old, and falling apart. The stairs shake when you walk up and down them, all the appiances dont work half the time, and the air conditioners and water heaters are so old they cause the electiric bill to be through the roof.

The maint. men, now that we have them, are creppy!!! They walked into my apt. while I was changing and didnt even bother to leave, turn around, ANYTHING, they just stood there!!!

Furniture is included in rent, but like everything else it is old and falling apart. The top to our living room table, if you want to call it that, it was more like a piece of plywood on metal legs, is falling off. My dresser wobbles everytime I open a drawer, and I have to put pressure on the top of it to even pull out the drawer so it doesnt fall over!'

Basically, this place was probably nice 10-15 years ago. NOT ANYMORE! Facilitys are crappy, staff is rude and rent is WAY WAY to high for what you get. Spend a little more and live somewhere else. You couldnt pay me to live here anymore
