Apartment is very overpriced for the age of the property. It is convient for the city but not to campus because it is across the train tracks. They sold the property and gave me a 60 day notice to leave and broke the lease on there on terms. Office is very nice and pleasant at first but when it comes to having a problem not very helpful. Was not cleaned when I moved in and very cheaply made which seems to be the case for apartment living.
