Nice but noisy and expensive

The apartment that I live are actually pretty nice, but not for the price. The apartment is pretty expensive compare to other complexes in the area. I moved a complex were I get an extra bedroom for about $200 less a month. I really are paying for closeness to the University, which is about 1 mile away.
Noise is horrible here. If you are a partier, then you will fit right it. Someone is having a party every night. Also I live in the back of the apartments, which is about 20 yards from the train tracks, which can be very noisy, but I've gotten used to them.
