My roommate and I were supposed to move into to our "brand new" apartment last week. Well, the apartment was not ready & still underconstruction. The manager had the nerve to yell at us b/c she said we arrived earlier than they expected. We told them we would arrive before UA started and gave them plenty of time. Now, because of their arrogance & incompetance they let us out of our lease & we are in an older apartment complex down the road. Which is not what we wanted!! We researched EVERY apartment complex in town for the best living experience we could get & we chose them & they let us down. Do not believe a word the office staff tells you. They are a bunch onf non professional liars!!!

They are very dishonest. That really doesn't surprise me. I know how you feel, except I'm stuck here and they refuse to let me out of my lease.
