Well, I have been living here for almost a year and I love it. I have never had any issues and if I ever needed anything the maintenance staff was at my apartment within 24 hrs. I live in a four bedroom and four bath apartment and we love it. The pools are wonderful and there are 3 new ones under construction, which they say will be finished late this summer. I have never had any noise issues and I live on the 2nd floor. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. The security is wonderful and the security staff is always helpful. I am so glad to be living here for the remainder of my college years. I have toured countless properties and have never found one as nice as this one! If you are looking for somewhere to live next year definitely come check out University Village, who knows you might end up being my new neighbor!

This is obviously written by somebody who works for University Village. They have residents who work in the office, so this is obviously one of them. Every person I have talked to that lives here has so many complaints. The apartments are built terrible; you can hear everything because the walls are so thin. The grounds are NEVER clean; there is always trash everywhere and animal feces, not to mention all the construction work they are doing everywhere. I've had to turn in multiple work orders every time I needed some maintenance done in my apartment and the work they do is crappy. The pools are wonderful if you want to be crammed like sardines because there are so many drunk people out there who leave all of their trash out. It's disgusting. It sounds like this person would be a good neighbor, but I can't say the same for some of the residents. If you want to have a headache all year because you're so frustrated with where you live, move to University Village. I am writing this response after 11 p.m. on the last week of regular classes, so everybody is having lots of tests and I can hear my neighbors 3 buildings away having a party. Don't worry, nothing will be done even though University Village has quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
