Although this might not be the worst apartment in Tuscaloosa, that is about the only thing going for it. Noise, Parking, and the quality of the apartments are the worst features of this livng learning luxury apartment complex. During fall and spring semesters residents are forced to park on the curbs due to inaddiqute parking. Almost every morning the pool area looks like a disaster area because no rules are enforced around the pool area including allowing non-residents to trash the place. And Construction around this place is a constant battle. They're always building something which makes this look like a live in construction site than an apartment building. But the worst feature is the noise. If you're looking for a quiet place to live, learn, and that isn't going to fall apart in the next two years because the contractors threw this place together fast to sell it then keep looking because University Village is not where you want to live.
