this is a new property, but you're better off finding somewhere that is closer to campus and not out to maximize profits.

A 4 bedroom apartment costs $1700 total which is INSANE. They advertise $425 which sounds reasonable if you were getting your own place but you're not.

Its Loud, Nosey, Parking is impossible. There is dog crap everywhere monday through thrusday (until they mow on fridays). The pool is always crowded with non residents and lately has been disguessing. Go to the rec if you're taking summer classes. Management is difficult to deal with, with exceptions to a few folks. The girls in the office last about 4 months and quit and the guy who has worked there for over a year is good to go if you need something done. Aside from that its a headache.

If you're looking for a place to live, Find an apartment that is close to campus and privately rented. You get a better lease that isn't out to trap you, a better price and its more realistic for a college lifestyle.

Most small apartment or houses don't advertise, or at least the good ones dont. So get out of your car and walk around the outskirts of campus. You'll be glad you did.
