Not what it is built up to be. Management robs you illegally. Just a pain.
Nice amenities and a cop is always on site at night (usually always playing video games). Other than that, it is all horrible.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, there are a lot better places for better prices.

The noise and the parking alone is reason not to live here. There is NO and I mean NO insulation whatsoever in the apartments. Blakeney is the construction company and they built the apartments as fast as they could and it shows. The construction is CRAP at best, the walls are tissue paper thin (I heard my neighbor using the bathroom, talking, tv, radio, EVERYTHING). The parking is a nightmare. The maintenance is a joke. I moved into a brand new apartment that had a hole in the floor, stains on the carpets, nails coming out of places, and stuff on the walls and I was the first resident!

Yeah, not a good place to live. Crappy buildings, horrible management.
A lot of better places for college students in Tuscaloosa.
