We miss Royal Hills! - This apartment community really felt like home! We rarely had the need to request maintenance, but when we did, it was fixed immediately and correctly the first time. The maintenance staff, Ken especially, was so nice - and he liked our dog Max almost as much as Max liked him! The office staff, especially Ms. Cathy, was great!! We felt that they cared about us and they ...Full review of Royal Hills Apartments

Been in High River for 2 years - Apartments are a good size and they are conveniently located off of rice mine. Maintenance works quickly and they are very considerate. Managment is amazing! Not alot of craziness that occurs. There is a good mix of college students and families. Located in an amazing school zone which is why I am getting ready to sign my lease for a third time! There is only one downside to living in these ...Full review of High River Apartments

sad to leave - I live at Rivermont now and love it. However, I have gotten a job out of state and the manager here told me that this website was really useful when looking for an apartment. I am SO glad I found it! It has helped me to narrow my search tremendously! As far as Tuscaloosa goes, you aren?t going to find a better place than here. It is by far the best place I have ever lived. The ...Full review of Rivermont Apartments

A great place to live - For whatever reason I managed to live in eight different apartments or rental houses during my eleven years in Tuscaloosa. Yorktown Commons is far and away the best place I lived. It comes down to one simple reason: the owners and office staff are determined to provide the best quality of living for their tenants. They were polite, professional, friendly, and always responsive to ...Full review of Yorktown Commons Apartments

Office Staff is Rude! Don't waste your money. They're rude and so unorganized and will even laugh in your face. The girl I talked to should not be in her position. She is terribly unprofessional. The property looks nice but anytime there are problems, they won't to charge you for

Worst experience The apartment complex is poorly constructed. You can hear noise from your neigbor constantly. Air conditioners are super loud and sit right outside the bedroom window. I ended up paying the highest price for my worst renting experience.
