IS MANAGEMENT WRITING / DELETEING THESE REVIEWS''' This place is the hood... the GHETTO!!! The "MODEL" has many holes and even more stains in the carpet. Leasing agent stated basically that because it was in fair condition, carpet like that would not be replaced. Thier "pantry" was a medicine cabinet covered with wallpaper in the kitchen - litterally a medicine cabinet guys... 1970's styling throughout, without keeping up anything... actually it looked like they intentionally tried to make the model look bad. I actually told the leasing agent, who would not show us an actual unit, that if the model looked like that I didn't want to see the real units anyway. I don't even know if she could define the words 'model apartment.' She showed us the apartments without even asking us our names- never got a drivers license, never cared to ask. Do these people require ID to lease an APT'''' Do they have felony-type residents'''''''
