This property is across from the Vestavia Hills Civic Center and Elementry school. My kids walk to school like I did when I was young. Maintenance staff has been here a long time and management works in the office on the property, not in Atlanta. My parents love coming here to visit. They pay the water bill, not me. I will renew my lease another year.
