I live at River Oaks Apts and it is a great place to live.
yes, every place has it's problems and River Oaks is not without those.
The manager is one person to wear many hats and hard working.
She and her maintenance person have responded to any issues or concerns in my apartment in a very timely manner.
Quite the contrary from an earlier post.
I find her to be very knowledgable in her field.
I feel that the residents of the property are disrespectful of where they live.
Or it could be just consider their up bringing.
Take pride in the place you live and not throw down trash, leave cigarette butts, etc down on the ground.
The apartments are reasonably price.
There are a few neighbors of who I would rather not live next to but everyone deserves a right to chose where to live.
I have lived a Chapel Lakes and it is not any better.
Kudos to the manager and the maintenance man for their ability to put up with those disrespectful residents!

I am a resident who will come and sweep the alley ways. I pick up trash around the apartments because I can't stand the site. When maintenance cut the grass or bushes the debris is left on the side walks for days. I am seriously thinking about investing in a blower from Walmart or Lowes just to have on hand. I don't smoke but have to put up with the cigarette butts. If management would make sure debris is collected in a timely manner and the sidewalks are cleaned from the grass being cut maybe the residents would get the hint that this property is being monitored and cared for. You must give respect to get respect!!!!
