Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
We've lived there a year and a half and have been very happy with the apartment. The schools are wonderful, the community is quiet.

The rent is decent for the area.

However, they are a little slow with repairs.

When we renewed our lease, our rent went down $20.00.
