I've lived at River Oaks for about a year and a half.

The rent is way overpriced for the area.

I had to renew my lease twice and they raised my rent each time.

I guess that's the nature of renting, but in this case it's a little excessive.

The worst part of this complex is the neighboring Poarch Creek -------' "trailer" casino.

The traffic going in and out of the place is annoying and a nuisance.

Plus their ugly trailers are such an eyesore.

This problem won't get any better since the Poarch Creek ------- now own the whole apartment complex.

They are planning to build a full casino on the land bordering the apartments.

Stay far away from River Oaks apartments and Wetumpka all together.

Thanks to the greedy Poarch Creek -------, the nice small city of Wetumpka is really going down the tubes.

I can't wait to get out.
