I've lived at River Oaks for a month now and have had one problem after another, the residents do not supervise their children once so ever their constantly hanging on the fence over the water...scares me to death. I live in a bottom Apartment and when the people above us take a shower it wakes you up out of a dead sleep. Who takes a shower at 1am anyway' Theirs cig buds all over the property and yesterday the pest man came in with no warning while I was in the shower. I regret ever moving here but have to tough it out 11 more months. The view of the river is gorgeous but thats about the best I can say. These apartments are way over priced for the amenities they have. The entertainment center has bought out most of the land the apartments used to sit on,There no longer is a pool or playground. Just a small workout area and a car wash(a hose and trash can) I dont see River Oaks staying around I see my apartment being another parking lot in a few years which is ashame because it is beautiful property on the river.
