Nasty and dirty aparment building

The apartment building I am living in now is dirty and decaying.

I have a beautiful riverview so once inside I am satisfied.

When I am entering the alley ways I am sicken by the tenants cigarett butts and litter by their children.

I have on several ocassions swept the alley ways because I can't stand the site.

I have complained to management but somehow I am made to feel like a constant complainer when I do voice my opinion.

I was told when I transferred from one apartment to another one in the complex that the buildings would be upgraded I hope this is still true.

The manager acts like she has a chip on her shoulders; but if I pay rent every month on time I should have a say in how things are being done in the apartment community when it affects me.
