River Oaks Apartments in Wetumpka is reasonably priced. You will pay much more in Millbrook, Prattville, and Montgomery. Good starter apartment when you are married. Have been very pleased. Maintenance is quick to respond. No complaints here.

We´ve lived there a year and a half and have been very happy with the apartment. The schools are wonderful, the community is quiet.
The rent is decent for the area.
However, they are a little slow with repairs.

Owned by idiots I've lived at River Oaks for about a year and a half. The rent is way overpriced for the area. I had to renew my lease twice and they raised my rent each time. I guess that's the nature of renting, but in this case it's a little excessive.
