Yes like was stated above I ( we ) are new residents here at the Bentonville commons and still In the process of unpacking .. organizing and making It as complacent as can momentarily be .. we are quite satisfied with the apt. overall ..from the spaciousness ( compared to our prev. apt ) to the cleanliness and open concept floor plan(s) ... the only concerns we have / are having Is the noise level outside ( due to unsupervised and undisciplined children of course ) and the grounds maint. ( Cleanliness )

Another concern even though unimportant In this moment Is the pool area ( fantastic atmosphere by the way ) ...within the last 4 weeks It seems to have been closed to residents for overall use either due to an obvious problem-Issue or something otherwise ..either way ' have given that thought .

I am sure time will tell overall satisfaction and happiness with our decision In moving here . As should be noted obviously .. we are again quite pleased and eager to transform this Into our home and everything seemingly at this point has been truly enJoyed and comfortable with our moving In process . I' we ... would recommend the Bentonville commons for the following reasons ; Spaciousness and adequate amounts of room .. yes' cleanliness upon move In with a NEW washer-dryer unit In apt ... Nice new carpeting ... ( Open concept floor plans ) and water as a utility Incl. In the monthly rent ... So ..... YES!! Its well worth the effort to take time and see for YOURSELF!!!
