Let me just say to run far and fast! These apartments look beautiful but they are a mess. When my family went in to fill out the paper work to move in the office staff were completely unorganized! They finally give us our key to move in and we find that the air conditoner is broken. In the middle of the summer! And, I can't even begin to tell you how bad maintence is. Basically one man does the repairs for the whole complex. You never get anything fixed. Also, something people don't realize when they move there is that your a block from the middle school, High school, And football stadium. Traffic is a nightmare, parking is a nightmare (epecially on game days) and the noise from the games at night will drive you crazy! Not to mention all the extra people that just hang out outside. I can honestly say that i was afraid to walk to my car alone at night. we had people sit outside our apartment all night long drinking and being loud. One time a huge fight broke out right under our daughters window while she was asleep. There was about 40 people screaming and yelling. We ended up calling the police that night. In fact, we called the police more times living there then we have our whole lives. Trashy, unsafe, drugs, violence, and cockroaches galore! We signed a year lease and made it about 5 months before we took our family and ran.
