LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have been living in these apartments for 6 months now and I am ready to leave. I wish I had never moved to this place. My family moved in here in August and what started out to be nice quickly fell to AWFUL. I have contacted the office on numerous occasions to get things fixed and it takes weeks for someone to get out here. My fridge went out ON CHRISTMAS DAY and it took 6 hours to get an emergency fix out to my place. When the guy did come out he said it was MY fault for the fridge going out. I have made numerous complaints how the venting in my master bedroom does not work and when I complained again I was told that the corporate office knew of the situation and was told by the maintence guy that they said "we know about it, but were not worried about it. It's always been like that" I made several calls to have things like a problem with ants, toilets that don't flush, and a garbage disposal that did not work, yet it took over a month to have someone fix it. I even sent a letter with one of my rent checks letting the office know of my situation and they got my rent check but said they never got my letter. I would NOT advise ANYONE to move in here. The rent is way to HIGH for them to treat their renters this way.
