managers think everyone who lives here is beneath them. They are ridiculous. Managers and maintenance men just hang out like children. The police are always here.
I don't know if they are here to protect or flirt. First week I lived here someone was raped. It takes forever to get things fixed. My kids face constant threats when they go out.They have been threatened with a knife and a chain on seperate occasions. They face emotional and verbal abuse almost everytime they go outside. They look out the window before going out. There is constant vandalism on apartment property and the high school facilities. The vandals all live here. The management advertises a computer room which is only available monday through friday 8 to 5 and only by residents 18 and older. You have to get a code daily for the gym.
You are locked in there with other residents if they want to hurt you they can.Help can't get in b/c they don/t have a code. The new management as of summer 2008 has cleaned up the peoperty but the filth still lives here. She has ran off several good families in a few weeks time. I represent another good family that is counting the days until I can leave.

I want to thank you so much for this response...we almost signed a lease today until my mother called the police department and they said absolutely not!!! I never would of thought to get on here and read until today. I am 5 months pregnant and am so happy someone put an honest opinion up and now I know where not to live. i would love to talk to you some more, I have many questions. The bentonville commons as the rogers commons should be avoided at all cost. I live in the area and have lived at the Rogers location, I do not know why these locations are so horrible, but within a year of living at the location BRAND NEW there had been several muggings, police assaults, one person was even run over outside my apartment.
