Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Relatively overpriced for this area.
Great central location.
Quality of management has declined.
-They do not notify you in advance of pest control visits.
-No monthly newsletters or community events as they've had in previous years.
-Staff is not receptive to friendly suggestions or requests for improvement.
Downsides include:
-Management team
-No covered parking
-Flimsy fixtures and building material
-Loud AC/Heater unit
Perks include:
-In unit washer/dryer.
-Vaulted ceilings (2nd floor)
-Relatively new/clean layout, good landscaping
-Location
-Kid friendly
