The wife and I have been in the process of buying a house. We made it very clear to the Manager here that we weren't exactly sure when we'd be moving, but we WOULD move by the end of our lease (end of November).

Our lease was never bought out and just yesterday they tried to force us out by October 31st...which is 2 days from now. We received a note on our door saying "2 30 day notices, we need you to vacate by Oct. 31."

That's a very unreasonable request and just absurd really. We went to talk with the apartment manager today (Sabrine Britt) and she yelled at us the entire time. We were barely able to say a word. It's a poor reflection on this apartment community when some idiot like that is in charge.

I would not recommend this dump to anyone and there are far better communities at much cheaper prices in this area and it'd be hard not to find a better management team.

Yes, I've heard the same thing about the deposit so we're not expecting it back at all. Just ready to get out ASAP, but not be pushed out like they tried to do.

This is a common problem with many properties across the US. Many leasing agents are just plain liars and will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease. Once the lease is signed they treat you like dirt. I have been an ideal tenant at 99% of the places I have stayed but hardly ever gotten penny back from these thieves that call themselves leasing agents. They can make up BS charges and there is no recourse. Even the Renter Association is no help because its funded by the rental companies. Imagine that. When you leave a deposit consider it part of the rent and don't expect to see it back unless you are really lucky and happen to be at the right place at the right time.

I REALLY REALLY REALLY HATE THIS PLACE AND HE NEW MANAGER AMANDA. DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE GUESTS. WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN
