Good apartments, not-so-good management

Stayed for more than six months. The management keeps innovating various new methods to charge the tenants.
Good apartment layout, plan. Not a very safe place to stay, some annoying bachelors around. Thefts are very common Left after having some unpleasant expereiences, especially during the weekend when these guys get piss drunk cussed endlessly and almost brought down my front door.

The new method of charging tenants was a measly $10.00 rental increase that was issued by the past managers this tenant is obviously someone that doesn't know what they're talking about the complex is soooooooooooooooo much better since the new managers took over! THANK GOD!

When a rental increase is implemented, the decision is made at the corporate level. The managers in the complexes do not make this dicision.
