It has been the best place we have lived in Northwest Arkansas and we have lived in many different apartments! The Management is awesome they keep everything in tip-top shape! They have a courtesy officer that lives on site and a Deputy Sherrif that lives on site it is quite, safe and very clean. They always take care of any needs the complex has. I spoke to them about the other postings because it's obvious to us that these were people that probably were just simply not following the rules which are strictly enforced and were trying to retaliate. Because if they have ever been informed even of something as minor as someone playing their music too loud they are always right on top of it! We have lived here for several years now and we were here when the past managers were here and they were the ones that didn't seem to care and had an anything goes attitude which the new managers do not tolerate. They want to make it a peaceful and happy community where everyone is respected and cared for. And by the way for whoever posted the new ways of charging resident, that was something that the old managers did before the new managers took over they initiated a rental increase which the new managers had to have new leases to abide by too so someone needs to get their facts straight! I am so glad to see this post I just responded to the other two postings that were clearly written by someone that probably got in trouble for not following the rules - it happens to be the best place in Bentonville to rent from and I love our new Managers too!

Lindsey Management sucks? This would be true to someone who did not fullfil their obligations of signing their name on the dotted line of a legal and binding contract = I would however agree that the old management was not very professional because we also applied with the apartments that they now run, but the new Managers are the most professional ones we've come across! The wife part of the management team took the time to go over the lease with us very indepth, so there will be no surprises when we decide to buy our home - she has a law office background which helped us to fully understand all the legal jargon. The husband part of the management team has been so courtesy in helping us and taking the time to show us around the property before we moved in and also put us in contact with a Lindsey real-estate agent and gave us some info on aquiring a loan since he used to be a Loan Officer - for when we do decide to buy our home. We would recomend these apartments to anyone.
