I feel that the new management team has been very responsive in any and all problems that I have had with my apartment. The last management tried to take advantage and demanded for more money that was needed for the deposit. I moved in when the management teams were switching and there seemed to be some conflict. The old management was very unresponsive to me as a new tenat trying to move in and did not brief the new management team on rules of Bentonville deposits
