Before considering any Lindsey property, read this:

Lindsey Management hides in the contract some fees that they'll withhold from your security deposit when you leave. After living there for 2.5 months, they charged me $150 out of my $200 deposit. They charged for things like $50 for painting, $40 for cleaning, and $40 for carpet cleaning. Heck, they charged me to replace the drip pans that go under the heating elements on the stove and for a new toilet seat.

Shouldn't these costs be covered by the monthly rent' I thought the security deposit was supposed to pay for holes in the walls and stained carpets. Knowing that the apartment and carpet was filthy at the time I moved in, and the fact I had to pay 2 months rent to break my lease, further frustrates me.

The carpet was so dirty that you're bare feet would turn black. The apartment hadn't been painted when I moved in. So why am I being charged for this stuff after only 2.5 months'!'!' The top of the fridge was caked with dirt. These guys aren't considering their tenants, only getting whatever money they can from you. Go elsewhere, trust me.
