I moved in because the location was very conveniently located near NWACC. I payed my rent on time and pretty much stayed quiet. But, the experience was awful. My neighbors were very noisy and the area was unsafe (drugs and parties and shoddy people). When I moved in, I was required to make a list of things I found wrong with the apartment so that I would not be charged for them. In that list were several high risk things, particularly black mold. I was there only a few months before leaving, and they only scrubbed the face of it away two weeks before I left. Furthermore, when I left, they charged me rent for the month I left (though I was not there), 2 months rent, and "liquidated damages," though nothing in the apartment was ruined and I had cleaned it before leaving. I had not left on bad terms, my health was seriously effected by the poor conditions! I was having respiratory issues! All in all, the management was hard to work with, made me feel like I was so much less of a human being than them, and were terrible when trying to get anything done. I would not recommend Lindsey in general to my arch nemesis, with all the hidden fees and general disregard for their renters wellbeing.
