Here is the great customer service I recieved will living here.

- Rent raised every year
- Leaking a/c fixed at least 6 times in 3 years with no consideration of replacement
- Upon leaving I was billed for vinyl replacement despite the fact that it was already in a used condition when I moved in. I was given a generous 10% rebate. Thank Waterside.

If you want to own a cat and need a place to stay, get a duplex or rent a house. Save yourself the trouble and money.

I have never leased from waterside Apts, but I do know that AC drain lines become clogged for a variety of different reasons. Most are a quick fix and have nothing to do with the life of the unit,and nothing to do with having to replace.
