I was really suprised when I read some of the reviews. Those people need to go back and READ the lease agreement that they signed with the property. When I moved in they took the time to go over my lease in detail, I knew upfront that they had painted the apartment before I moved in and if they had to paint the apartment when I moved out, I would be charged for it. It is right there in the lease. They also had me complete a detailed "unit condition form" telling me that I needed to note any deficiencies currently on that sheet as that form would be reviewed when I moved out and I would be responsible for any damages not listed on the form. How more than fair can that be' I lived there for over four years, and yes the rent did go up every year... but so did everything else!
Sometimes I think "tenants" need to own a home for even a short period of time, to truly understand that "things cost"!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone moving to the area!
