this place is horrible..crackheads are up until 3am stomping around and slamming doors...they sit on the stairs and laugh right outside my bedroom window...maitance never came to change out the toilet bowl that has a huge crack down the middle and is probably going to break if you touch it...the place smells...it was dirty when i moved in...the stove burner sparks and loses connection as soon as you put a pan on it...wish someone would have told me its full of Iraqies because these people have no manners or respect and i would have never moved in this place..some crazy dude was cleaning his car out at midnight and let his 5 year old push the alarm button to his car like 10 times...riding her bike around at midnight on a school night...the mail boxes are connected the outside of my bedroom wall and everone seems to check the mail at night and early ass morning...supposedly there is a on-site cop you have to page i dont think his pager works because i have never been called back...the maitance guy was scraping paint off the metal stairs this morning before the office even opens...guess he works different hours...theres a huge gap inbetween the door and the door jam and ive been killing spiders and ants...

I work at Waterside as maint. and I know who you are. First of all they are Indian and not Iraqui. Most of them work for or are subcontracted by Wal Mart in the I.T. dept. and are better tenants than you were. At least they did not put 147 screws in the walls before skipping out on their lease!!!! As far as you maint issues. I came to your door at 9am. within 24 hours of your move in and was told to go away because you didnt want to get up. As for as the workorders, the only one you turned in was to touch up the paint on your bathroom ceiling. Yes you did have noisy neighbors but they are everywhere,and we do have to follow certain legal guidelines, and did provide written warnings as outlined in your lease agreement. The men working on the stairs were subcontracted and not the maint. dept. They were cleaning and painting the stairs along with the shutters and windows and pressure washing the buildings. We do this in order to keep the property looking clean. Last but certainly not least I hope no one takes your advise without first meeting you. After all you did accuse maint. of sneakng into your apt. at night and stuffing plastic bags under your sink????? Like I have nothing better to do with my time!!!!! Bobby
