Fieldstone is a family oriented community. There are lots of children, running and playing, at all times. If you are not interested in a family friendly atompshere, this might not be the place for you. With that said, the complex is quiet, centrally located, and generally affordable. The units themselves are for the most part spacious and well maintained except for the very small kitchen. Overall for the price, Fieldstone is a good deal.

With "lots of children, running and playing, at all times" how can this complex be quiet? Sounds kind of contradictory to me... Of course the presence of children are part and parcel to family friendly communities but if the children themselves are a nuisance then that is a problem that deserves proper attention. The way i interpreted your response was 'Beware of children roaming the complex wildly and without sufficient adult supervision'...

I live here and am sorry I do. The office staff is a rude person. The kids run wild and no one bother's to keep them in check. Thin walls allow everyone in each other's business. There is no check on the loud vehicles that come and go. Also wth no assigned parking it's a fight to find a place nesr your building. Maintence leaves a lot to be desired. The constant animal poop everywhere you step is gross and no one gets off their ass to see who the pet owners not cleaning up are. Instead the managment wishes to punish those who do not even have pets and charge fee's to those not responsible. I'd not recommened this place to anyone until things change.
