We lived at Fieldstone Townhomes for approximately one year. This is a very family friendly apartment complex. With that being said, there are constantly children in the streets screaming and yelling. From my experience, there was hardly any parental supervision of children at all. The pool is nice, but always crowded with children, so it is hard to relax there. The management is terrible. The lady is not helpful with any concerns you may have and she is hardly ever there. The lawn is always nicely mowed though. Each apartment has two spaces in front of it which is nice. But, they are not "regulated." This means, if you get a neighbor that has three cars, you will constantly fight over parking spaces as the manager is of no help with ANY problems. Walls are reasonably thick for an apartment. Bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms are of okay size. The kitchen is the smallest kitchen I have ever seen!! There is practically no cabinets and we had to put up make-shift shelving just to hold food. The refrigerator is equally small. The dining room and living room are a joke. They are TINY. We have a small round table and could only seat three! Pets are allowed with a deposit (part of which you don't get back).
