Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The construction of the building is horrid. From non working air to leaks. The management is the worst I've ever seen, they will evict you at a moments notice. I have watched my neighbors be evicted one by one. I got nervous and moved, and recomend you never rent here. I have seen warning notices on apartments because of plants outside. Bottom line avoid this place.
