the greens are not anything special.we had a pet apartment and it was pretty disgusting.we had new carpet but it desperately needed to fresh paint.the walls had stains all over them and there is very little storage.we are a family of three and we were so cramped it was miserable.we only lasted 4 months and we bought a house.i think we would have all gone mad if we had stayed any longer.the few good things are the pool and ping-pong table,workout center and tanning beds at the clubhouse.i expected more for the price.our friends got an apartment at Chapel Ridge of Benton and i was almost sick when i saw their apartment.they had a 3 bedroom that was cheaper than our 2 bedroom.they have a large outdoor storage closet.they have a computer desk area.they have a large enough kitchen to actually have a dining table.we didnt have room for our table at the greens.the 3 bedrooms were all a very nice size and the bathrooms were huge compared to the greens.and at the greens if you had someone over and they needed to use the restroom they had to go into either of the 2 bedrooms to use it.at Chapel Ridge of Benton all 3 bedrooms had huge closets.maybe if we would had gotten an apartment there we wouldnt have had to rush into finding a house.anyway i could go on and on.oh and you can only have ONE pet at the greens-no exceptions.and you can hear everything your neighbors do-wash clothes,shower,flushing the toilet,run the dishwasher etc etc
